Rooted in Windber
Our Story
Wilusz Country Thyme Farm sits on a quiet stretch of Pauline Lane in Windber, Pennsylvania — a working retail farm where every plant is tended by hand and every harvest is treated as a promise kept.
We don't ship our goods across the country. We grow them, we nurture them, and we sell them right here — to our neighbors, to local cooks, and to anyone who believes that food grown with care tastes like it should.
Our focus is on herbs that matter: rosemary, thyme, basil, mint, and more — alongside seasonal garden starts and produce that arrives at your table within hours of picking, not days.
"The best herbs aren't bought in plastic bags — they're pulled from the earth and handed to you warm from the sun."
— Wilusz Country Thyme Farm
What We Grow
Rosemary, thyme, basil, mint, sage, and more — harvested the same day you buy them. No warehouse. No waiting.
Vegetable and flower seedlings started right here on the farm. Sturdy, acclimated, and ready for your garden bed.
What's ready, we sell. Tomatoes in July, squash in August, roots and greens through fall — always in season, always local.
Not sure what's in season?
